This Ball and Chain is a replica of the type used formerly in old prisons. It is made of iron with an antique finish. The ball measures 8" in diameter and is attached to a chain that is about 26" long. The shackle at the end of the chain is approximately 3.5" wide. When stretched out completely, the item is approximately 37" long.
This would make a great wedding or anniversary gag, or a unique addition to a medieval or antique collection.

It was hilarious! The chain was just long enough to be attached to his ankle and have him be able to carry the ball. It's also funny to see him carry it and stumble around drunk. As a plus, the key can be removed so he can't take it off when you're not looking. The reward was all kinds of free drinks, and at one point he was using it as a skip-it on the dance floor. Turned out to be one of his greatest memories and now loves that we made him wear it.
